Data You Send Directly
Search boxes on this site send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the third-party provider that supplies sponsored results. We do not store a separate copy of those searches on our servers. If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to respond.
Automatic Site Data
Standard hosting logs may record IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, and similar technical details. We use that information in aggregate to keep pages working, diagnose errors, and understand traffic patterns. Cookies or similar tools may be used for basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
How We Use Data
The limited data described here is used to operate the site, answer messages, fix problems, measure use, and improve content. We do not sell a visitor list. We do not create individual user profiles from site traffic.
Links to Outside Websites
Concord People Search links to government portals, Contra Costa County offices, California agencies, library collections, and third-party search tools. Those websites set their own privacy terms. Data submitted to RecorderWorks, the court portal, elections tools, CDPH, sponsored results, or any other external site is handled by that site, not by us.
Who Might See Your Data
Hosting, analytics, security, and advertising vendors may process automatic technical data for the site. We may also disclose information when a valid legal process requires it. Other than those limited cases, we do not share visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Because the site does not offer user accounts, it does not hold account passwords or profile records for visitors.
Users Under 18
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act framework, including deletion rights under Civil Code section 1798.105, subject to statutory exceptions. Because we hold very little, most requests are narrow: we can search contact messages and server logs and remove what we find. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records kept by Concord, Contra Costa County, California agencies, courts, or official custodians are outside our control; requests about those records must go to the custodian.
